Try and upgrade Sonic's abilities as much as you can while completing the story. Completing the story will unlock more souvenirs for you to purchase as well as all the acts and hubs, including Eggmanland. Do not attempt any HOT DOG missions or start collecting all souvenirs before you complete story. There are no missable trophies, so just complete this first.
